Racing & Coursing Blankets
We provide handmade Racing and Lure Coursing blankets for dogs of all sizes. We are also happy to accept any special requests such as specifications about fabric type, materials (velcro, elastic, etc), or pattern.
General Description
- Made out of a cotton/polyester fabric blend
- Blanket numbers are made out of fabric, reinforced with interfacing and sewn into place
- Front of blankets are fitted with elastic
- Bottom of blankets are fitted with Velcro (making them adjustable for different chest depths)
Blanket Specifications
Racing Blankets:
One set of race blankets includes blanket numbers 1-4 (4 blankets, for LGRA/ABLSA) or 1-6 (6 blankets, for NAWRA/WRA).
- Sighthound race blankets can be made reversible with Lure Coursing colors (pink, yellow, blue) at no extra charge.
- All Breed race blankets are already reversible with Lure Coursing colors (white, red).
- All race blankets can be made reversible so that a set of numbers 1-4 is two blankets instead of four, or a set of numbers 1-6 is three blankets instead of six (jackets 1 and 4 are one jacket, jackets 2 and 3 are one jacket, etc). **We do not recommend these reversible blankets if you have two are more dogs that could be running in the same race/course.
Lure Coursing Blankets:
One set of sighthound Lure Coursing blankets includes 3 blankets (pink, yellow, blue) and can be made out of cotton/polyester fabric blend or stretchable lycra fabric.

• Extra Small (miniature Rat Terrier, Chihuahua, miniature Dachshund, etc):

We are also happy to accept special requests such as specifications about fabric type or materials (velcro, elastic, etc), as well as custom designs (e.g. submitting your own pattern). Prices may change/vary depending on the request.
